The spacious holiday let has five double bedrooms over two floors with a mix of either two single or a double bed in each. It is ideally suited to larger family groups and its situation backing onto Queens Park and then the beach make it an ideal location for younger members of the family.

There are two reception rooms on the ground floor, each of which has a smart TV with Freeview and the ability to receive any subscription services via Wi-Fi and your own personal account. These rooms are bright with ample comfortable seating to enjoy evening entertainment.

The modern and well equipped kitchen will allow the chefs to create the most delicious of meals which can be served in the dinning room with ample space to enjoy the occasion.

On each of the first and second floor there is a modern bathroom with bath and shower and there is also a shower and cloak room situated on the ground floor.

The property will easily accommodate up to ten guests, but it must be noted that this is an older style property and the stairs must be taken into consideration when planning your stay. Due to its location it is not available to Stag or Hen groups.
